Simple promise: if your report fails to deliver, you get your money back. No forms, no hoops.
Report delivered or your money back. If your SmartBuyers report fails to generate, fails to deliver, or contains a clear factual error, email info@smartbuyersdeals.com and we will regenerate the report or refund you in full.
What the guarantee covers
- Your report failed to generate after payment.
- Your report failed to deliver to your email or download link.
- Your report contains a clear factual error (wrong VIN, wrong vehicle, broken data).
What the guarantee does not cover
Because reports are digital products delivered instantly, we cannot offer refunds for change of mind or after a report has been viewed in full and the information used. This protects the value of the work for every customer.
- E-book purchases are non-refundable (digital download — all sales final).
- The Active Buyer Plan subscription is non-refundable but may be cancelled at any time before the next renewal.
- SmartBuyers reports are informational and do not replace a physical inspection. A buying decision you made after reading a delivered report is not grounds for a refund.
How to request a refund
Email info@smartbuyersdeals.com from the address used at checkout, with your order number. We respond within one business day and process eligible refunds back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
