SmartBuyers LLC ("we", "us") collects only the information needed to deliver your report and support the services you request. This page describes what we collect, how we use it, who processes it on our behalf, and how to contact us. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.

What we collect

Contact information. Your email address (and, if you request a Full Concierge application or Strategy Call, your phone number and best time to reach you).

Vehicle and listing details. Year, make, model, VIN, listing URL, asking price, dealer name and location, photos you upload, and any notes you add.

Concierge intake (only if you apply for the $699 Full Concierge service). Target price, payment method, financing status and — if provided — pre-approval amount and rate, purchase timeline, and whether you have visited the dealer.

Purchase and account data. A Stripe customer ID, purchase history, Active Buyer Plan access code (if applicable), and repeat-buyer promotion codes we issue. Card numbers, CVV, and bank details are handled entirely by Stripe — we never receive or store them.

Usage data. Standard analytics such as page views, device type, browser, and referrer.

How we use your data

We use the information above to:

• Generate your report and deliver it to your email.
• Provide the services you purchase, including contacting Full Concierge and Strategy Call buyers by phone to prep and execute negotiations on their behalf.
• Send transactional messages (receipts, report links, booking confirmations) and occasional reminders if you started a report but didn't finish — you can opt out of reminders and other marketing email at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" in any email or by emailing us at the address below.
• Issue repeat-buyer discount codes to prior customers.
• Prevent fraud, debug issues, and improve the product.

We do not sell personal data.

Third-party processors (subprocessors)

We share the minimum data necessary with the following providers strictly to operate the service:

• Stripe — payment processing, customer records, and promotion codes. Receives your name, email, billing address, and card details (card data is entered directly on Stripe's systems).
• Resend — transactional and reminder email delivery. Receives your email address and message contents.
• Anthropic — the AI provider that drafts the narrative portion of your report. Receives the listing details you submit; does not receive your payment information.
• Supabase (Lovable Cloud) — database and file storage hosting for reports, uploaded photos, leads, and application submissions.
• MarketCheck — receives vehicle search parameters (VIN, make, model, year) to retrieve public dealer listing data. No personal customer information is shared.
• AutoRecalls — receives only the VIN to retrieve recall data. No personal customer information is shared.
• VinData — receives only the VIN to retrieve title and history data. No personal customer information is shared.

Cookies

We use essential cookies and basic analytics. You can decline non-essential cookies in the banner.

Your rights

Email smartbuyersdeals@gmail.com to access, correct, delete, or export your data, or to opt out of marketing email. We respond within 30 days.

Retention & security

We keep report data for 12 months for support and audit, then delete. Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with industry-standard encryption.
