SmartBuyers LLC provides informational research reports for private-party vehicle, RV, boat, motorcycle, ATV, snowmobile, jet ski, and heavy-equipment listings. Reports are generated through Advanced Data Analysis on the listing information you submit.

Reports are informational only

Reports are not professional inspections, appraisals, certifications, title checks, background checks, or legal/financial advice. You are solely responsible for any purchase decision. Always have a qualified, in-person inspection performed before buying.

Payments & refunds

Single reports are covered by our Report-delivered-or-your-money-back guarantee — email info@smartbuyersdeals.com if your report fails to generate or deliver. E-book purchases are non-refundable (digital download — all sales final). The Active Buyer Plan subscription auto-renews monthly at $109.99 and is non-refundable; you may cancel at any time before your next renewal. Full details on the Refund Policy page.

Acceptable use

Do not submit content you do not have the right to share, and do not use SmartBuyers for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend access for misuse.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SmartBuyers LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the reports. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the report at issue.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
